  • Do I have to register online prior to a scheduled event or are walk in's allow?
    Registering online prior to the event is the easist and best way to reserve your spot in the classroom. Our classes are limited to the number of partcipants because we feel that our material is easier taught and retained with better one-on-one instructions in smaller groups. However, walk in's are welcome if you have messaged us and pre-registered your contact information through this website and/or our social page. Walk in's generally are a little more pricer than registering online due to paperwork, handling of payment, and etc., but we are happy to accomdate anyone to the best of our ability.
  • What is the return policy on merchandise from the online store?
    We have a 100% exchange and/or money back guarantee on merchandise that doesn't stand up to your quality of standards within the first 30 days of your purchase. If you are unsatisified with your purchased product, contact us and we will issue a repayment upon return of merchandise. If an item is defective, please contact us through email and we will either: exchange the product ASAP, give you credit towards another product of equal value, or give your money back. Full detail of the issues with the product must be placed in your message to us. Misuse or negligence of product for return will be at the sole discretion of our representatives handling returns and exchanges. It may take us 3-5 business days to process return request before we refund, exchange, or ship out a new product.
  • Can I switch membership plans?
    Absolutely! If you wish to expand or decrease your membership plan, simply cancel your membership services and then go back to the membership page and choose the best option suited for your needs. It'll only take a quick minute and you will be on your way with your new services.
  • Can I schedule private training?
    Unfortunately we do not instruct private one-on-one courses. However, if you have a group, agency, or department that would like to hold a private class, we can accomidate your needs to the best of our ability. Group training is generally the best way to train. Working with other individuals, learning off one another, possibly making a social connection for future endevors, and etc. is benefitial for all participants.   • What if a scheduled event is cancelled and I have already paid?
    We utilizie multiple instructors within our business, and if for some unexpectant unforseeable reason that NONE of our instructors are able to make it to a scheduled training event. Every participant that has registered for the event will get a FULL refund back. We have never had to cancel any scheduled event as of this date, however emergencies can and might arise and if there is ever an issue, you will be compensated.
  • What if I can't get the mothly videos and/or the extended videos to play?
    Videos are uploaded through resources linked to our webpage designer platform. If you are unable to play the videos, please check your settings, disable any cookies and/or firewalls that may inhibit playback of our media. If this doesn't fix the problem, try to reset the webpage, and/or restarting your computer. If this still does not fix the problem, please contact us through email and we will do our best to answer and find a solution to the problem.
  • How long does it take until an out of stock item is available?
    Unfortunately due to high demand, we may occasionally run out of stock on particular items. If that is the case, please check back in frequently and review our store page to see if the merchandise is available. We typically see return of inventory for merchandise within 2-4 weeks after we run out of stock. If you haven't seen an item that you are interested in return to stock in over a month, please contact us and we will do our best to service you and/or explain what the status is.
  • How long until i recieve my order?
    Order's placed can take 1-3 bussiness for processing. After that our shipping department handles your requested order. We try to get you your merchandise as quickly as possible, but sometimes unfortunate events on our end or the postal service's end happens. Due to this, we ask for a 7-10 grace period of shipping. Total turn around time from your order to your doorstep is usually no longer than 14 days. Holiday seasons make unfortunately delay the shipment of your purchase by a few days due to high demand and the postal service backup. Any questions or concerns, please contact us.
