We offer full 100% satisfaction on products.  If you are not happy with your product, please return it in fashion that you recieved it in within 30 days of your original order, and we will refund your money back.  If the product arrives damaged, contact us immediately, return the product and we will replace it with no additional charges.  Full details listed in checkout process.

Normally our shipments throughout the US arrive in one week or less. However, we do ask for 1-3 days to process an order, and a grace period of 7-10 days for arrival of your package.  Overall total time frame of delivery from placing your order to arrival can range from a few days to 14 days.
